Intelligent Hearing systems contributes to minimize the environmental impact of our equipment. This page provides information on how to comply with the WEEE Directive (2002/96/EC) for the disposal of our products. The following options are available:

Equipment Upgrade

Intelligent Hearing Systems offers credits to existing customers for upgrading to the next generation of equipment. You can get a new system with the latest offerings from IHS at a special price by sending us your used system. IHS will dispose and/or recycle the used system properly. Contact our offices or your local distributor for upgrade pricing information and shipping instructions for your previous system.

Equipment Take-Back

Intelligent Hearing Systems will readily receive your used equipment once you have no more use for it. IHS will properly dispose and/or recycle the system as necessary. System must be shipped to the current IHS offices for processing. Contact us for proper shipping instructions.
